But with so much uncertainty on what our clients will expect from us when we do return, why not refresh your knowledge and give your clients that extra assurance you are committed to their safety and well-being. Your clients will appreciate—even expect—to see that you are up-to-date on the latest infection control protocol.
The course expires 2 years from the day you complete and pass the course.
You simply sign up and take the course. After you complete the course, there is final exam based on the information in the course.
There are 25 questions on the final exam.
You must achieve a 70% score on the final exam to pass and become certified.
Yes, you can retake the test in the event you don’t achieve the 70% required score.
